Lexie's philosophy of care
"Women in contemporary society have more choice and control when buying a car than they do with how and where they choose to have their baby. We plan huge life events like our weddings with attention to every detail as this is one of the biggest day of our lives. Having a baby will supercede this. I believe we should approach our choices for childbirth with even more detail as the most monumental experience we will ever have as a woman".

Women are designed for birth, and I am passionate about teaching women how to release the fear and anxiety that cause difficult, long births, replacing it with confidence and trust in their bodies. HypnoBirthing provides couples with highly effective techniques that will enable mothers to have a calmer, gentler and often much quicker birth, remaining aware and in control of their body. The birth environment is crucial to a woman’s birth experience and I encourage women to choose carefully to ensure a beautiful experience for them and their baby”.
